Finding The Rock / Leadership 101 Class

Leadership 101 is designed to inspire and enable you to find your place of ministry in and through our local church. By discovering your particular motivational and spiritual gifts, callings, and interests, you will discover ways to serve the Lord in fuller expression through the various ministry departments in the church.

You will also learn what is expected of those serving and leading at GTCOTR, including the church’s fundamental values and some of the ways that leadership and ministry actually function in the church. We hope you will enjoy this class, and we pray that the Lord will guide you into ways to use your gifts and callings to the glory of God.
